Viridor is a UK company focusing on recycling, renewable energy and waste management with over 320 sites across the UK.

Challoch Energy has a long track record of working with Viridor on a variety of different projects including the following:

  • Help with accreditation of its Waste from Energy Plants

  • Drawing of Single Line Diagrams for a number of sites

  • Assessing the potential for PV on landfill sites including assessment of the market, business case and routes to market

  • Developing PV/gas CHP at a number of sites including preparation for planning and tendering

  • Assessing the potential for energy efficiency measures on all their sites
